There’s something special about the space Emily has created at the Mood Therapy, the whole experience leaves you feeling held and rejuvenated. I instantly feel calm and relaxed and my neck and body always feels amazing the next day. Favourite place to go for self care.

I have the Utopia Day Package which consists of 6 hours of Pamper and lunch twice a year and as always my therapist Madeleine was amazing, I felt so relaxed and attended too. Madeleine's knowledge of the products that were used and helpful advice on my concerns for my skin and nail health were top class. Cannot wait for July when we do it all again, but in between time my premium facials every 6 weeks will help with my age prevention strategy. :) Thanks again team Utiopia I had a wonderful day.
