The head spa and scalp massage were heavenly — soothing, refreshing, and left my hair feeling amazing. Chị An was absolutely wonderful, so skilled and gentle, and made the whole experience extra special. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

The service was so lovely with heaps of nice details like heat packs and a delicious tea at the end. The headspa was so relaxing! Great value. I also asked for extra blankets and to add a style on at the end which they were happy to accommodate. Would absolutely recommend this as a little lux escape.

Loved my Prin Facial with Emma, such a unique and relaxing session. Great head, hand and foot massage, the time just flew past! My skin is already glowing and my face feels snatched! Highly recommend

I cannot recommend Ying and my spa experience enough.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would. Walking into this spa feels like stepping straight into a cloud—calm, cozy, and instantly soothing. Every detail, from the lighting to the scents to the music, is there to make you breathe a little deeper and forget the outside world. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the energy. You won’t just get a massage—you’ll get healed. Their professionalism is top-tier, but the warmth and personal care are what make it unforgettable!!!!!!!!

We had a great experience at Chiva Raks. The staff were so friendly, the space is extremely clean and inviting and the Swedish massage was 10/10. Will definitely be back!

Booked in for a 90 min treatment including a full body massage, facial and Japanese head spa. Was amazing and felt thoroughly relaxed ever since! Will be getting my nails done next week there and definitely going back for that package again!

Had my first massage with Ying (who is the owner). The most incredible experience I have ever had. The massage was unlike anything in Adelaide. Attention to detail, care and relaxing and beautiful space. Have already rebooked. If your after an extraordinary experience then this is definitely the centre.
