I had the most amazing experience with Farza for my Japanese hair spa and treatments, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hair services I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything felt incredibly relaxing, professional, and thoughtfully done. The treatment itself was deeply nourishing and left my hair feeling unbelievably soft, healthy, and lightweight, with an amazing natural shine. The scalp massage was heavenly — so calming and therapeutic that it felt like a full wellness experience rather than just a hair treatment.

The Japanese Hair Spa Treatment was absolutely amazing. Sasha completed my treatment and I could not fault her! She was so knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. The room was so relaxing and inviting. Sasha almost put me to sleep and I left feeling so pampered. Will be back again!

So affordable 😊 Once again, i had the most incredible experience with Nova during my Japanese spa treatment. From the moment I walked in, her warm, calming presence made me feel completely at ease. Nova’s professionalism and attention to detail were second to none, she truly has a gift for making you feel nurtured and cared for. The Japanese spa service itself was absolutely divine. I am so sorry, i can't recall the name of the lady who looked after me today 14th Dec 2023 at 11am. I received a gift card for my 40th birthday and it was my first time at 'The Gym', I booked in for the Japanese Spa Treatment and my experience with 'The Gym' was just beautiful and relaxing from start to finish. As i was getting my head spa done i was already thinking of who i can buy a gift voucher for as i want everyone to experience this as well! Thank you ladies for a great morning! Perfect timing to get this done before the Summer School holidays! Ha.

I had the most beautiful relaxation facial with Farzana and it was absolute bliss from start to finish. She has such a calming presence and made me feel completely at ease the moment I walked in. I just love the tan you use as it dries quickly, doesn’t get all over your clothes whilst process and afterwards, it’s very natural and it doesn’t even feel like you have tan on after you have finished the application. Thanks a bunch 💖💕
