I had my eyebrow lamination and spray tan done, and I couldn't be happier with the results! My brows are perfectly shaped and lifted, giving me that effortlessly polished look, and my tan is flawless so natural and even! She is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to ensure everything was done to perfection while making me feel completely at ease. I’m already looking forward to coming back for facials and keeping up with my brow maintenance. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality beauty treatments! ✨ 💋

Wonderful treatments in a relaxing and calm environment with Charlene. Been going to Charisma and seeing Charlene for over 20 years due to the fantastic level of service and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Jen is amazing. I feel blessed to have found a beautician that advises me with treatments and self helps at home due to my lack of knowledge. Im useless when it comes to treatments but Jen will always talk me through any treatments thoroughly. Even when I suggested a monobrow treatment Jen kindly looked at me and said I think you mean nanobrow haha. I would 💯 % recommend Jen especially if you lack knowledge and want to feel comfortable to ask any question. Perfect 👌

I visited today for lip filler, Jennifer is lovely and she is easy to talk to, she is very professional and reassuring and answers any questions. Lovely treatment room too and makes you feel relaxed. Pleased with my treatment and will definitely return and have other treatments!

As always Charlene was friendly and professional in the relaxing surroundings of Charisma Salon. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my treatments. Charisma has now been open for 17 years with a loyal customer base, so Charlene must be doing something right!

Treatment with Cara great as always. She's lovely to chat to during less pleasant treatments like a bikini wax so you almost forget about what you're having done, and she judges it perfectly when you've gone for a relaxing treatment and just want to switch off. Highly recommend.
