Mayra is always professional, friendly and adaptable. I have been seeing Myra just under a year and she's the best message therapist I've had. She has done a blend of treatments which are always very good. When I came to her a year ago my back was always painful and very sore and it has improved so much.

I feel amazing! All the upper back aches and soreness as well as the tight calf’s have completely gone. One particular knot took an absolute beating and I feel all the better for it! Amazing job as usual Beth, I’ll be booking again soon!!

As always, my reflexology session was amazing! I’d been struggling with foot pain, and feeling like the whole of my foot isn’t complete balanced, or indeed on the floor, or in my shoes. After my session, that was fixed completely, I felt so much lighter and the pain was relieved.
