I had a back facial with Laura and it was fantastic. I have a few black spots on my back that are impossible to reach so I came to re:lax to start getting my back summer ready. Laura was lovely, she made me feel comfortable and gave me an amazing back, head and neck massage. The atmosphere of the salon is soothing and peaceful and it is located in a very cool spot in Hackney. I would definitively go back also for other treatments and I would recommend everyone to go too! Thank you!

My facial with Esme was just amazing, my skin feels so smooth and plumped. I had the bespoke facial and I cannot recommend it enough, it's the perfect treatment to boost your skin and relax at the same time with the head and foot massage. Esme has a very calming presence and her massage was one of the best I had since long time! I will be back soon :)

I recently had a facial with April, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. April is truly amazing at what she does. The products she used were just right—never too overpowering, and my skin feels absolutely incredible. I opted for the bespoke facial, and it exceeded my expectations. April's attention to detail and personalised approach made the entire experience exceptional. I left feeling refreshed and with noticeably improved skin. April's expertise and the quality of service have convinced me that I'll be back for more. Highly recommended!

Wonderful facial, the best I’ve ever had! Not a thoughtful receptionist experience though. Not acknowledged upon arrival even though the call was internal, this lasted about ten minutes. I was then offered water and asked if it was my first time and the interaction ended there, no information etc. after I finished the receptionist wasn’t there, and another customer waiting looked very confused. She arrived back 5 mins later, mistook me for a new customer (though only one of two during that hour and a half). Payment was taken very transactionally, coldly. Not at all what clients should expect

Esme was incredible super gentle. Not only did she provide an amazing facial service but she helped give lifestyle recommendations as opposed to shoving loads of products for me to by in my face. I was there for the first time for a back facial, and, I will definitely come back.

My signature facial was AMAZING. My skin looks like glass. It was the most relaxing two hours. Lana’s hands are like magic. Can’t wait to come back.

My first time at re:lax. So happy I tried. Lina gave me a great facial and body massage. The room was clean, the table was nice and warm. I'll definitely go back.

Hands down best facial or massage treatment I've ever had. Didi has magic hands and managed to get rid of a 5+ day migraine within one hour, she is amazing. My skin feels super hydrated and smooth too. I have never ever fallen asleep during a treatment before but felt so relaxed I was drifting in and out of a blissful doze. Will be coming back as often as I can!
