Julie was WONDERFUL! She introduced me to unicorn chrome nails for the first time. So fun! I always love visiting with her and Lynn. Both ladies have done such great jobs on my nails everytime I've been. Lynn brought me back from being a chronic biter with practically no nails to ones I can be proud of. The owner Wendy is SO lovely! She is always so involved, making sure everyone is taken care of. I don't know how she manages to run so many successful locations. Like Superwoman! Thank you ladies for creating a safe, inclusive and welcoming space for all of us to look and feel our best! xoxo

Top to bottom, great experience. Love the small details like the warm hand towels and the coffee bar is delicious. They did an amazing job with my nails while being quick & efficient. Usually hate getting my nails done but looking forward to going back!

If you are looking for a business that stands by their work and is committed to customer service, come to Lux! I was not happy with a manicure I had done (not by Lynn). I emailed management and expressed my concerns. Cat was prompt in getting back to me, and delightful to deal with. She set me up with Lynn, who did a complete removal and redo of my nails at no charge. The difference was night and day. Lynn is so lovely to talk to, and really made me feel comfortable. She is meticulous with her work. I left very happy. Lux, you've gained a customer for life!

Everytime I get my nails done here it’s always an amazing experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Space was clean and I loved the atmosphere/aesthetics. Will definitely be back and a big shout out to Julie for an amazing job.

First time there. Beautiful space, everyone was lovely. I booked with whoever but had a more detailed design in mind and the tech who had me didn’t feel 100% confident so after she filled my nails (shaping was perfect) they switched things around for me and Sarah took over at the end to do the design and I just really appreciated them going that extra step to make sure I was happy and it was perfect (which it was). Both techs were great and I’m obsessed with my nails and they even served drinks the iced strawberry matcha was to die for. Will 100% be back.
