I went for an infrared sauna and a massage in a massage chair. The massage chair was unexpectedly fantastic (not like the airport ones at all, which is what I half expected it to be), the infrared sauna was good too, although its effect remains to be seen. The set-up is utilitarian so don't expect a spa experience, and there aren't any showers (which I knew beforehand). This suited me absolutely fine! I'll definitely be back. 4 stars because there were no hooks for clothes in the changing rooms, which had to go on the floor. Not a good first impression!

I really enjoyed my time there today-everything was verycosy (although the main area was locked given that there was an issue with it), they accommodated us in a smaller place which was also very cosy. I spent 1 and a half hours there. I would definitely be visiting again-just one comment if I may-perhaps the price could be reduced to £30 as I just used the sauna and had a few bucket showers. It was funnnn-tastic though :) I feel refreshed!!!

Such a wonderful experience, I had a fantastic massage with Kay and a sauna. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, Kay’s massage was spectacular and I left feeling so relaxed, I was floating - will be visiting again!

Amazing experience. I’m traveling a lot for work and have been visiting a lot of different Thai massage in Europe. This was probably the best one. After 30 min of sauna ( included in the price ) I had a shower and went for the massage itself. For once I had chosen a Swedish massage which was perfectly performed by Didi. I understand they are also a training center for future massagist and I know why. Will surely visit them again next time I am in London. 👍👍👍👍👍

One of the best massage of our lives! (Went with hubby and we both had a sauna and a Thai oil massage). Cannot rate this place enough. I had Kay and hubby had Katty. We are both so happy - perfect medium to firm pressure as requested. The receptionist/owner is also super friendly and helpful. Very happy with this find and we plan to make this a regular visit. Fabulous! Things have improved SO much since my birthday visit. The waiting staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The tablets for ordering food and drinks were great (so nice not to have to have our phones with us), and having a robe available between sauna visits made a big difference - a luxurious and unexpected touch that we really appreciated! The Parenie was also the best we've had - much firmer, so felt doubly invigorating. Thank you all for a lovely afternoon!

The lady who steamed up the sauna really cared for users, checking frequently and keeping the smile and asking if customers need anything from a towel change to order something before the kitchen closed. Great Borscht = double medicine in one go! Thank you!

We did parenie - It’s an experience! I felt my mitochondria had a revival festival after that . Oh and the food was delicious! Definitely recommend to visit this place as the type of steam is different from all other well known saunas.

Great massage from Samita and I was able to use the sauna for half an hour before my massage which was amazing!

I’ve had a stiff neck and upper back for three days & felt a lot of pain when rotating my head. After my massage, majority of the pain was alleviated! Will definitely be coming back. They also give you access to sauna before or after the treatment, very relaxing.

I was welcomed by the professional Lydia who explained everything to me. I used the dry sauna. It was great!!

Joel was excellent. 60 min deep tissue after a squash tournament and really worked out the knots. Also enjoyed a sauna beforehand.

Always a great experience, the sauna is great and the cold shower and ice bath always make you feel fantastic. Great staff and great place
