Another exceptionally amazing massage. I have seen Jenny multiple times and every time I walk in feeling sore,tense or tight from work , I leave feeling totally loose and like a new person. Super talented masseuse that always puts 110% into her work.

Absolutely exceptional massage. I’ve seen Jenny multiple times and she is the best. The pressure is always perfect, combined with the most professional technique I’ve experienced. The way she worked on each tight spot showed real skill and genuine care. I walked in feeling stiff and tight from a long day at work, but walked out feeling relaxed, and completely renewed. Her kindness, attention to detail, and happy calming energy made the whole session perfect. I can’t recommend Jenny highly enough. A truly talented therapist that is a delight to see and I always look forward to coming back.

Great setup, such a great space & loved the sauna. The only suggestion I have would be to have more chill music playing to wind down while recovering 🤍

Infrared sauna is always hot ready to go.

Had a great time at me time recovery ! Was great to watch Netflix on the tv whilst in the compression boots. Saunas and ice bath were great temp and so clean ! Easy to use with other people around too. Can’t wait for the next visit

Infrared sauna was great. Read my book and relaxed. The cold plunges are freezing. Perfect size to get your shoulders under for long periods of time too.
