This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Marco put 10/10 effort into dissolving all the filler in my face. I also had an issue with my payment and he was so understanding about it. I would highly recommend London lips. 5 star service.

The assistance I received was exceptional. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a cryotherapy session. I was expecting it to be painful but it was not. Thank you, Shape London.

Excellent haircut. Great service. This is about my 4th visit and the hair style and service has always been very good. Janeth cuts my hair exactly as l ask . All stylists listen to what you want and are very good. Will use again definitely.
