Excellent!! Andy explained the process really well and walked me through each step of what she will be doing. She took her time in mapping out the brows which is the most important part of the process and the results speak for themselves! So stoked with my hybrid brows! Highly recommend. She is also very friendly, kind and makes you feel super comfortable.
