Excellent!! Andy explained the process really well and walked me through each step of what she will be doing. I booked at The Powder Room on a recommendation. The booking process was straightforward and I received clear confirmation and helpful reminders ahead of the appointment. I booked a lamination treatment which was done by Taryn. She was welcoming and reassuring when I was not convinced I had enough brows to work with. She is clearly the expert and very passionate about the process. The treatment was painless (for me), I can imagine it may be slightly uncomfortable if you have sensitive skin. The treatment was completed quickly (40 minutes) and I was very pleased with the result, thank you!
