While my initial nail appointment fell short, the manager’s personal outreach and commitment to making it right immediately stood out. On my return, I enjoyed brow lamination, hybrid lashes, a gel fill redo (kindly not charged), plus a foot massage and scrub. The results were impeccable—my nails are the best quality I’ve ever had, and my lashes and brows are beautifully done. Five stars for the care, professionalism, and elevated standard of service. This is what luxury should feel like.

The best part of my day is stepping into *A List*, where it feels like family! I have my eyelash extensions done by *Josca* and facial hair removal by *Wandi*. Both are professional and make the experience amazing 😍. My facial hair's noticeably less since starting laser treatments with Wandi – it's a longer process, but worth it! Ilke is extremely professional and so gentle. She is a very talented lash and brow artist.
