The service and cleanliness in here is impressive. I had the hybrid lashes and a brow lamination treatment by Kaneesha and it was so exceptional. I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she talked me through each step as well as aftercare. She is gentle and friendly. I will be back soon! I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

To be honest I was nervous at first but these women made sure that I was comfortable from the second I stepped into the studio. Laying on the bed is what I would imagine laying on a cloud feels like. They were extremely gentle while working on my face, so gentle that I might have taken a much needed nap. The results honestly speak for itself.
