Sherie was really attentive and made me feel very relaxed. She has a great personality and it was nice to have someone engaging. I had a brow lamination and they have come out beautifully. My daughter has had her eyebrows waxed by Abi for some time and felt a bit nervous about having Harriet do them today as she doesn’t know her and moving to threading instead of waxing. She went on her own after school and felt instantly at ease once she arrived. Harriet was chatty and easy to talk to and threading didn’t hurt at all. Thank you Harriet for making her feel so comfortable and thank Abi for texting me when she arrived, and popping in to check on her during her appointment. Shepack as always goes above and beyond
