Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

My 13 year old has just had her eyebrows waxed for the first time. She was quite nervous before she went, but Nic made her feel so comfortable and was absolutely lovely with her.
