Really great service today! I had a not so good experience with a different salon and Elise gave excellent advice and was honest about what was achievable today. The final result was fantastic and I feel like my eyebrows look so much better. I felt comfortable and welcome throughout my whole appointment. Very happy with the whole service. Should have just come to Phoenix Beauty in the first place!

From the moment I contacted Lucy I knew she was the one for me to conduct my eyebrow procedure. She explained all the process, talked me through everything, asked for photos so she could assess me initially and generally I had a good feeling about her. I was so pleased with the end result that I actually cried because I could not believe the transformation of myself and how instantly I felt so confident. Lucy is knowledgeable, professional and caring and I would highly recommend her.

I had my eyebrows done by Nicola today she micro bladed them , They are a little puffy at the moment as they have to heal . Nicola is a very professional lady & put me at ease straight away as these things can be a little daunting at first as you don’t know what to expect . I shall be going back in six weeks to see how they have healed .The Salón is very clean. & restful.! All in all a lovely experience , I shall look forward to my next visit . Maureen Humphries.
