Piera was incredibly warm and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. I booked in for a brow lamination refresh and wax, and I’m so pleased with the results. Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Adessa is an absolute babe and excellent at her job. I've been going to her for over a year for brow lamination mostly but I've also had my lashes done. She's really invested in her clients and gets to know them so you feel cared for and not just any old client.

Very happy with my brows- therapist checked and was careful about colour and keeping them natural as I requested.

Eva has all the knowledge and experience necessary to fix every brown issue, with my case, since our first encounter two years ago everything runs perfectly and my eyebrows are perfect- the amount of compliments I receive for them are to be credited back to Eva! Thank you ever so much!

Becca excellent as always! I had booked in for a lash lift along with my manicure but, ever the professional, Becca advised me that the previous lash lift she'd given me was still there (8 weeks later!!! Pretty amazing!) and she didn't want to risk damaging my lashes at all, so instead we went for a brow lamination which was fab!

Another exceptional wax by Kamini, not a single hair left behind! She also threaded my eyebrows for the first time and I loved that she actually took the time to discuss what I wanted and checked halfway through to make sure she was going in the right direction and I was happy. Thank you!

Eva is great as always. Very friendly and professional. She's very thorough checking her work always and if she feels there's anything to rectify, she doesn't hesitate to put things right. The room is lovely, clean and comfortable. Thank you Eva again for my beautiful brows.
