Piera was incredibly warm and welcoming, she instantly puts you at ease. I booked in for a brow lamination refresh and wax, and I’m so pleased with the results. My first brow lamination (elsewhere) was a terrible experience so I was nervous to go to a new place, but Adessa was soooo good. Knows her stuff, takes her time and the results are amazing. Totally painless and brows look so good. I will book in again for sure

Nasra was splendid! She explained everything clearly and kept me reassured throughout. I felt in safe hands and appreciated her insight. One small suggestion: the brow bleach took 60 mins instead of the estimated 30, likely due to it being my first time. I luckily had buffer time before my next appointment, but it would be helpful to factor in extra time for first-time clients. Overall, a great experience highly recommend Nasra!

Adessa is an absolute babe and excellent at her job. I've been going to her for over a year for brow lamination mostly but I've also had my lashes done. She's really invested in her clients and gets to know them so you feel cared for and not just any old client.

Nasra did my eyebrow lam and lash lift (curl). I always come back for my eyebrow lam - they come out amazing! However, today I went for my lash lift and believe you me, they came out so so well! Nasra curled my lashes and also made them so that they look fuller- I literally look like I have a set of flashes on! So lovely! I have naturally thick lashes and she managed to make the most of them- super happy.

Becca excellent as always! I had booked in for a lash lift along with my manicure but, ever the professional, Becca advised me that the previous lash lift she'd given me was still there (8 weeks later!!! Pretty amazing!) and she didn't want to risk damaging my lashes at all, so instead we went for a brow lamination which was fab!
