I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Georgian is absolutely amazing! Not only is she incredible at what she does, she so kind and personable. She makes you feel so relaxed. I’ve had two facials and brow laminating, and all have been phenomenal. She truly has a gift!

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent.
