I was booked in with Claire today for lash lift and brow lamination and I'm delighted with the results. Claire is really excellent, she is professional and friendly but so down to earth and really warm and chatty.. As a Lux customer for 8 years I would always book in with Louise but it's great knowing that Claire is part of the Lux team and does a fantastic lash & brow appointment too! Exceptionally happy, as always, it's why I keep going back!

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and Ava did a lovely job. She also waxed my top lip, which I hate getting done, and it was less painful and less red and stingy than usual. This was the first time with Ava for either treatment and I will definitely come back k to her. It was also very reasonable, an added bonus.

I've been going to Louise since she first dud out wedding trial 7 years ago and I would not go anywhere else! Louise is amazing at what she does; extremely talented make up artist as well as being a lovely person. I've been to Louise for make up, tanning, brows and lashes. She's friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We live 40 minutes away from her salon but would never go anywhere else. I've just started to have brow lamination done and I love the results. I'm a Lux customer for life! Thank you Louise!

Alichia, what a girl! First time coming for an LVL & Brow Lamination/tint with her and I have never felt so comfortable speaking to a stranger. Alichia is hilarious, and amazing at her job. I came away feeling a million dollars today after my little make over. I rebooked straight away for my 6week top up - can't wait to come back!

I can’t recommend Adrienne enough! I’ve had facials, brow lamination, skin boosters and Botox done by her, and every experience has been amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, making you feel completely at ease. Her professionalism, skill, and calming presence make every visit a pleasure. I was in yesterday with Nikki who did such an amazing job of my brow lamination and lash lift and tint. I had previously had a bad experience at another salon and Nikki was so professional, kind and understanding to my needs. She explained exactly what she was going to do and showed me how it was looking throughout the treatment. Absolutely so delighted with the results and can't wait to get booked back in with Nikki x
