Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. I recently had my eyebrows laminated and tinted, as well as a lash lift and tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating to my physical disability. Even though she normally doesn’t do house appointments, she went out of her way to come to me, which meant so much. She took her time, was very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Not only is her work amazing, but her warm and friendly personality made the whole experience so pleasant.
