I had the best experience with YY. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and patient. My new brows look absolutely perfect — super natural and beautifully shaped, they frame my face so well. I used to spend so much time drawing my eyebrows every morning, but now I wake up ready to go! She explained every step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the whole session felt relaxing. Pros: Lovely, kind staff. Relaxing, calm & aesthetic atmosphere. Great eyebrow lamination. Cons: Took about 15-20mins to start the appointment, which lasted 2hrs (a little longer than usual). Lash lift could have been better/higher (despite me asking 2 different staff members to have it extremely high).

I’m so happy with the way Samira shaped my eyebrows! My brows are thick, curly, and tricky to manage, but she took the time to explain how we can improve the shape over time. I’ve tried several places before with no luck, but Samira is hands down the best eyebrow expert in the area.
