YY has a very gentle hand and excellent techniques when it comes to looking after my eyebrows and eyeliner. She is very professional and yet personal if I have to reschedule due to personal reasons. Would recommend YY in a heartbeat!

I had the best experience with YY. She is incredibly skilled, gentle, and patient. My new brows look absolutely perfect — super natural and beautifully shaped, they frame my face so well. I used to spend so much time drawing my eyebrows every morning, but now I wake up ready to go! She explained every step clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and the whole session felt relaxing. The studio is clean, cozy, and welcoming. I’ve received so many compliments on my brows — couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants natural, effortless beauty.

Pros: Lovely, kind staff. Relaxing, calm & aesthetic atmosphere. Great eyebrow lamination. Cons: Took about 15-20mins to start the appointment, which lasted 2hrs (a little longer than usual). Lash lift could have been better/higher (despite me asking 2 different staff members to have it extremely high).

So happy with my eyebrows, they are perfect 😍
