A friendly welcome and excellent service as always. My lovely beauty therapist did a great job as she always does. However I was disappointed to see the new layout downstairs. I was taken to a bed behind a temporary curtain and there were various other activities going on in the same room. It felt very cramped, the lighting was poor and there was no privacy. It felt very makeshift and all in all not a very relaxing experience. I hope this is not a permanent set up. It looked as though you are trying to cram as many clients in as possible. Not a good look!

I booked a last minute facial treatment as I was needing a refresh. I would highly recommend GRB Skin Clinic. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgable. I felt instantly relaxed after my treatment and my skin looked a lot brighter in just one treatment. I will be visiting again. Thank you so much.

🤦🏽‍♀️ forget to say how wonderful my Dermatherm was last week with the delectable Adreana , I got home looked in the mirror and my skin looked soo healthy, much clearer, plump n juicy, my texture has improved and my pigmentation was fading. I really dislike my face without makeup on buy I felt a million bucks .. And OMGoodness have you seen the new layout.. Such a wonderful Flow there is nothing B about the B company always a A* for me … This week I had the lovely Elise, it amazes me how they are all such professionals and really take the time out to make you feel comfortable Amazing

Facial was amazing and so relaxing!! Will definitely be having more. And my OH keeps telling me how pretty I look because of the eyebrow and eyelash tint making me look like I have makeup on 👍 Beth was brilliant! Thank you for a fabulous pamper as always xx

As always greeted with a smile the minute you walk through the door, cold or hot refreshments offered. Lots of gorgeous gifts from clothes to jewellery to be tempted by. Then take a seat and start to switch off, whilst being pampered. Absolutely love having nails done at The B Company thank you x
