My nail tech Nina did a great job, I really loved how they came out, both colour and especially the shape. She was kind throughout checking whether im comfortable and happy with how theyre coming out, and whether I wanted any adjustments. Really happy with the service and result, 10/10 !

Mariyam was phenomenal—one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. She also did my hair wash and blow-dry, and I walked out feeling like a pageant star. I was really impressed with her skills 11/10. The only reason I rated it “good” instead of “great” was the noise. It was quite loud downstairs—likely from the front desk—and I had to ask for music to help drown it out which thankfully M had. It improved, but it was still distracting when you’re trying to relax during a massage. Perhaps the management could add some sound proofing in the room so clients can have a soothing experience.

I was welcomed by Leticia who walked me through the HIFU treatment, explained the expected outcome and gave me all the information I needed throughout the treatment. She is very knowledgeable and provided an excellent consultation. She made sure that I was comfortable all the time. I am also very happy with the treatment itself and saw improvements in my overall skin quality and laxity after a few days. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and see the final result!
