I had a brilliant experience at the salon, I had Kim and she made me feel at ease. She was reslly friendly, and made me.feel comfortable. She listened to everything that inwanted with my hair and I got exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend!

As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

I turned up 1 hour early, Kim was very accommodating and asked if I was happy to let the younger girls dye my hair. Lucy and Annabelle were very friendly and professional, they both did a great job, Kim cut my hair and Lucy started the blow Dry until Kim was finished. I’d be more then happy to let them dye, wash and blow dry my hair again 😁

I was so anxious going to a new salon after moving to Long Eaton 3 years ago, but Kimberly was so friendly, welcoming and chatty that I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the best products to use on my damaged hair. Left the salon with lovely soft hair and will definitely be coming back :)

Steph was bloody fantastic from start to finish. After a nightmare haircut nearly a year ago I stumbled across Steph on Fresha and she has 100% fixed all of my fears. Steph was brilliant. I ordered a short bob style and the result was fantastic. I have tipical Asian hair, very straight and a bit hard to handle, but she knows how to tame it! Thank you, Steph!
