I normally have Kim however she was off sick, Nichola asked if would be happy for Lucy to do my hair. Lucy is very thorough with colouring a full head, blow drying and straightening. I would 200% recommend Lucy, she’s a lovely polite girl 😊

I had a brilliant experience at the salon, I had Kim and she made me feel at ease. She was reslly friendly, and made me.feel comfortable. She listened to everything that inwanted with my hair and I got exactly what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend!

As always a friendly atmosphere where you are made to feel welcome. The hairdressers are very experienced. I have never been kept waiting and when I have my hair colour on , half an hour waiting means half an hour before your rinsed not an hour as I have had to wait at other salons where they are fitting in other customers.

I turned up 1 hour early, Kim was very accommodating and asked if I was happy to let the younger girls dye my hair. Lucy and Annabelle were very friendly and professional, they both did a great job, Kim cut my hair and Lucy started the blow Dry until Kim was finished. I’d be more then happy to let them dye, wash and blow dry my hair again 😁

I was so anxious going to a new salon after moving to Long Eaton 3 years ago, but Kimberly was so friendly, welcoming and chatty that I immediately felt relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the best products to use on my damaged hair. Left the salon with lovely soft hair and will definitely be coming back :)

I had my hair cut this morning by Kimberly. She is very friendly and I was very happy with my cut. I have anxiety and find it difficult to do social things such as visit the hairdresser but I was welcomed and offered a drink as soon as I walked in & I felt safe and comfortable there. It was a good experience.

This is my 3rd visit for my hair colour , I first came here in September after using the same hair dresser for years , I was very nervous about how my hair would turn out . I had no reason to be worried as Nicola put me at ease and as my hair was transformed it made me feel amazing. Since then I have been for two more visits and it is the best thing I did. My hair looks amazing after it has been coloured . Nicola and Kim are both so lovely and welcoming I am so glad I took the decision to come here I just wish I had come sooner .
