Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Julia was amazing. The best my hair has ever looked. Very skilled with the colouring and tones of my hair. Very fine detailed work and the cut was elite also. Suzana has been helping me rescue my hair after another salon gave me a terrible cut. She is very patient and we are getting my hair back to normal. Today's visit was just a trim and she very kindly reduced the charge. Lovely, friendly, sorting my hair out....win, win. Highly recommend her.

Great professional and very friendly service When I’m in Poole (which is quite regular) always go to Suzana. Definitely recommend Thank you for a great wash and blow dry.

I had such a great experience getting a wash and blow dry with Brooke today. She really listened to what I wanted—lots of volume and bounce—and absolutely delivered. The wash was relaxing and thorough, and the products used left my hair feeling incredibly soft and fresh. The blow dry itself was amazing—full of body, movement, and long-lasting volume without feeling heavy or overdone. I walked out feeling confident and salon-fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back for another wash and blow dry with Brooke.

Lovely friendly salon, I am very happy with my color & cut, Suzana is very experienced & it shows in her work, this is my 2nd visit & defiantly my permanent hairdressers now.

My son needed a haircut but also wanted to try having a perm. Suzana did a fabulous job and listened to what he wanted , and boy did she deliver!!! He is soooo happy!!! Fantastic service , clean, covid safe and lovely staff. When we left he said " this is going to be where I do my hair from now on" , and he has been so picky in the past!!! Amazing!!
