Got a manicure and pedicure here. I booked it on the same day a few hours before arriving. The lady was attentive and gentle. It was my first time ever getting those done as I am a bit of a tomboy. Good place to start. Fair prices too.

I love this place. I’m here visiting from Los Angeles, and I’m spoiled and super picky. lol This is hands down (pun intended) one of the best mani/pedi AND lash extension experiences ever. The space is immaculate, decor is beautiful and the music was great. The service great., and they offer you beautifully presented premium teas and coffee. Evelyn is amazing! She did my manicure, pedicure and lashes. Very impressive that she is masterful at nails AND lashes. They pay attention to detail, which can take some time, so be prepared to stay awhile and ENJOY!

My spa pedicure with Bersabee was perfect. She was so careful and thorough with cleaning and massaging my feet; they looked and felt amazing afterwards. She also did a beautiful job painting them. A lovely, relaxing experience overall!

This is a great spa, comfortable and clean. I was thrilled to discover it because it’s only a kilometer from my condo. Ricardo gave me my 90-minute massage and he did a great job, especially working on my problem areas: neck, shoulders and back. The price for the service is very good. I appreciated the tea afterwards and the little tart. It was nice to just relax for a minute before leaving . I’m looking forward to going back. I’m also going to check out their gel nails and pedicures. I haven’t been able to find anybody in Tulum yet, so once I try that service, I’ll update this review.

Great spa on the edge of Aldea Zama in the Hunab Center. Very well appointed and run by an expert team of masseuses, technicians, and staff who clearly know what they’re doing. I had an excellent pedicure—thorough, relaxing, and impeccably done, with real attention to detail rather than the rushed, assembly-line treatment you sometimes get. Calm atmosphere, spotless facilities, and genuinely professional service. Easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in the area. (Oh, and they've got great tea!)

La pedicura con Ita fue simplemente espectacular! Su profesionalismo, su precisión y el nivel de detalle con el que trabaja son excepcionales. Cada paso del tratamiento se realizó con una dedicación impresionante: la limpieza, el limado, el cuidado de las durezas y el acabado final fueron impecables. Mis pies quedaron increíblemente suaves, renovados y con un aspecto perfecto. Sin duda, ha sido una de las mejores pedicuras que he recibido en mi vida. Totalmente recomendada y volveré sin dudarlo!

Wir hatten die Relaxing Paar Massage bei Flor und Berszbee und es war wirklich perfekt. Man konnte vorher duschen und hat von Anfang bis Ende ein angenehmes Gefühl. Es ist alles sehr sauber und professionell. Die Massage an sich war total entspannend und wohltuend. Danach gibts noch einen Tee und einen Keks. Auch preislich absolut in Ordnung. Können wir zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

I have been going to this salon for several months now for acrylic/gel fills and pedicures. All of the staff are super professional, helpful, and friendly. However, Itayetzi is exceptional. She is kind, meticulous, and thorough. The spa pays very careful attention to hygiene and the atmosphere is always relaxing and clean. I also really enjoy the beverage provided with the service. I leave to go back to the states tomorrow and I’m really going to miss them, but I will definitely see them again when I return in a few months. Keep up the great work!
