Alix does the best facials amazingly relaxing , she looks after me and cares for the fact I have a bad back. Thanks Alix then went to Julie for brows and pedicure that was lovely again her customer facing care is amazing. It can be quite loud upstairs as one of the senior staff speaks loudly but apart from that a great morning of relaxation xx

Had a warm welcome on arrival at the Salon. Was offered a choice of tea/coffee before my consultation with Rachael. I had a Fab cut n blowdry and was out of the Salon within 75mins. Looking forward to my next visit.

I absolutely love Natalie’s work! Her colored eyelashes are always stunning and so perfectly done. She has an incredible eye for detail, and the results are always on point. Natalie takes the time to understand exactly what you want and brings it to life flawlessly. I always leave feeling confident and looking fabulous. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for exceptional lash artistry! She is the best in Llanelli!

Visited with my two daughters , Had treatments with Sarah Jayne , Ellie and Alana all three of us were made welcome and felt comfortable and relaxed . The girls had massages from Sarah Jayne which they enjoyed so much , they had facials with Ellie which they loved .. I had a deluxe pedicure with Alana with I would highly recommend and have already booked in again . We also had afternoon tea down stairs in cwtch cafe which was very enjoyable and again we would highly recommend . Would like to mention the older lady who made the food and served us she was so amazing , very welcoming .

First visit as have just moved to the area. Ellie was very friendly , knowledgable and did a really good job. I had tan , eyebrows and pedicure . All done to a high standard . I asked if there was any availability for gel fingernails and she managed to fit me in with Alana who again was excellent . Will definitely be returning . Thankyou for making me feel so welcome .
