Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

Professional and high standard treatments! Ellie is a skin expert and she is the best at what she does in Bristol! I have been seeing her for a year now and have never been disappointed with her services. Always very welcoming and warm and full of knowledge! Really impressed with my appointments with Amy. I have been having Cryopen treatment for a verruca over the last few months, then this weekend was able to have a lovely pedicure now it has cleared…which I was thrilled about! The products used were very high quality and left my feet feeling and looking great. Poppy was very friendly and professional and explained the processes used and benefits of the products and process at each stage of the treatment.
