I was with Kim and she was great, but my mom was with Camille and there were some things that my mom (Larisa) wished were better. My mom said that her pedicure was good, although she had to wait for Camille for 20 minutes. But her manicure was just okay. Camille seemed distracted, she kept trying to chat with Kim, while Kim was doing my nails. They discussed tea orders; they also discussed another customer who needed a pedicure. Then Camille kept checking her phone and as are a result forgot to give my mom hand massage and hot towel.

The best nail spa experience!!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a pedicure from Noodle and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was clean, relaxing, and inviting, which immediately set the tone for my visit. The tools were sanitized, and the attention to detail was evident in every step of the process, from the careful trimming of nails to the gentle exfoliation and moisturizing of my feet. The polish application was flawless, and she helped me pick a color that I absolutely love! My feet have never felt softer or looked better.

Extremely clean, friendly, relaxing & welcoming. The staff opens a set of new nail files & buffers for each customer. Compared to Rescue Spa, Omnia comes in a very close 2nd in the category of manicures & pedicures. The pedicure massage chairs are devine. The luxurious sports pedicure with the wax massage makes my badminton feet so happy. My sister, daughters, & I will return to Omnia often.

My visit was on 3/1/24. Rose did an amazing job with my pedicure. The staff at Omnia Spa Old City are so accommodating and professional. I feel relaxed and at peace here.

It was wonderful. I scheduled this appt in preparation for my daughter's wedding. I was so very pleased with the service I received from Marlene and Drake. Marlene provided the pedicure and Drake the gel manicure. What a luxuries spa atmosphere. I am from out of town otherwise I would be a frequent guest. Thank you Marlene, Drake, and front desk representative.

On time appointment, no waits. Friendly crew. Lovely experience as they listen to what you would like to get done. Highly recommend Pretoria Salon and Spa, especially Dominique 💙

I surprised my husband for his birthday at Omnia Spa. As usually, the customer service was great, and our nail techs was amazing. My husband been to a couple of nail spas and never found one he really liked, until now. My husband told me that he will start coming after work to get his pedicure done. As always, I will be returning. Thanks again.
