I always have a great experience at Venus Victoria! As someone with Lupus, my scalp is often sensitive and I don’t always feel I look and feel my best - Bill takes the time to douse with a spa-like feel, and offers great hair & style options. I went from a super long hairstyle to super short - now that’s trust in your stylist! Thanks Bill, I love my new look! And thanks for the recommendation on the hair product Odjibik!

I visited Anagenesis Beauty Clinic & Spa today for a waxing service, and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Charlotte made me feel completely at ease with her friendly, calming manner. She is incredibly skilled — precise, gentle, and thorough . I had a wonderful experience at Venus and Victotia Salan and Spa. My hair Stylist Samantha was amazing she talked to me smd gave me suggestions on how tk cut hair based on the texture of my hair and my hair is very thick, she cut ✂️ my hair to give me layered look where my hair has a nice flow to it. She was very knowledgeable about hair styles and and hair suggestions for kind of my hair which is very thick. I cannot recommend Katerina enough! From start to finish, she provides an exceptional experience. She is incredibly thorough in her work, ensuring every step is carefully done. Her waxing and sugaring techniques are top-notch, with great quality results that leaves me feeling smooth and confident. Her space is spotless, and you can tell she takes hygiene and sanitation seriously. This makes me feel completely comfortable and relaxed during my visits. Whether a mani, pedi, or facial, Luma always does an excellent job. She's my 'go to' professional for spa treatments and just happens to be a lovely person too!
