Amani did a balayage and a haircut for me. She is ammmazzzzing to say the least!!! She is the ONE person I can rely on to get what I need after multiple failed attempts at a different hair salon. Anna is fantastic! She always works her magic with a flat iron, turning my thick, curly hair into smooth, silky perfection every time. On top of being incredibly skilled, she’s super warm, patient, and friendly, which makes the whole experience so much better. I’m always thrilled with the results and couldn’t recommend her more. First off it was the best hair wash i’ve ever had at a salon! Pamela is amazing! I felt so comfortable in her chair… she took the time to listen and understand what i was looking for and delivered exactly that! My hair feels so soft and the cut is amazing! Love it!

Amani did an outstanding job! I am so happy and appreciative to get the color tone to exactly to what I always hoped to have. It was a pleasure to talk to Amani about all the future treatments and enhancements. I have colored my hair with other "master color stylists" in other salons but they never achieved the most natural color boost like Amani did. I strongly recommend their services.

Had a nanoplastia treatment, I love that it does not have an intense straightening effect, natural and safe treatment. Has a natural effect, hair feels lovely and soft, no frizz. Very recommended! Excellent service and beautiful salon. Will come back in a few months for another treatment.

I had a wonderful experience at Venus and Victotia Salan and Spa. My hair Stylist Samantha was amazing she talked to me smd gave me suggestions on how tk cut hair based on the texture of my hair and my hair is very thick, she cut ✂️ my hair to give me layered look where my hair has a nice flow to it. She was very knowledgeable about hair styles and and hair suggestions for kind of my hair which is very thick. I received the Hair Botox and Cold Recovery Treatment at HairCare Pro and am completely taken aback by the exceptional service, incredible result, and overall salon ambiance. I booked an appointment with Anissa for a balayage colouring treatment. She is so precise and determined to do a great job all the while being extremely personable and making the whole experience fun while maintaining a great sense of professionalism. I’m quite particular when it comes to my hair and don’t trust many people with it (and when searching for a good colourist and stylist, I’ve recently come up short), but I plan on booking with her every time—even if it means I have to wait a little longer, rather than booking with just anyone at any salon.

Amazing! Ashley was able to do a major colour correction for me today that turned out gorgeous and Kat gave me a fantastic haircut with so much volume and the cutest curls. I’m all set for a birthday party and I think I’ve found my new favourite salon. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so wonderful. Lovely service, I highly recommend.

AMAZING!! I've only been with Tasha for 13 months. In this time she has been the only one who has been able to grow my hair using her weave extensions. I tried almost every extension there is only to have my hair totally damaged. I'm so happy with my hair now. Lenny is the best! He’s courteous, respectful and is the best example of attention to detail. He will not let you leave of the seat until he is completely satisfied by the haircut! That is a rear thing these days. They have maintained a very soothing and welcoming atmosphere in the salon!

Jess is a magical and down to earth magician. I have had ideas/what I’m not into, and she translates that into my hair. To make it better than I envisioned! IYKYK: I moved to the neighbourhood with no background, loyal to a salon for 15+ yrs downtown Toronto as my “trusted advisor”. While I love and continue to love them, the commute was a thing. The space. The vibe. The calibre or artistry- everyone who work here is talented. I also appreciate their continuous learning. It’s a gem of a business and I would highly recommend.
