I just had an incredible deep tissue massage focused on my neck, shoulders and back with Kellie and I can’t recommend her highly enough! Her hands worked magic - I came in with a lot of pain and tension and left feeling completely relieved and relaxed. Kellie’s expertise, care and attention to detail were exceptional. Excellent massage therapist. Kellie has strong hands and can find your knots. The location is safe in a beautifully appointed apartment. Small issues using Fresha but you can What’s App and they get back to you quickly. A great find in Cape Town. More Massage will sooth tired and sore muscles while also relaxing your mind.

Arno was absolutely amazing. He communicated well throughout the experience and made me feel totally comfortable and relaxed. I had quite a lot of tension throughout my body and riddled with muscle knots. The kinks he was not able to sort out 100% he offered amazing advice for so that I can alleviate them at home. He is a wealth of knowledge and well versed in epigenetic healing. I will definitely be back.

Lauren was awesome and her sports massage was out of this world. She truly knows how to get the toughest knots out your back and shoulders. We got a couples massage and both were fantastic!

Arno really goes the extra mile to get you fully relaxed during the session and you leave without any pain. I had some new stress knots in my back and neck, but he was very thorough in working them out. He has knowledge about numerous topics and lots of interesting stories, so you won't feel bored for even a second during the massage. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and most certainly be back for more visits.

As this was my first massage experience, I felt very greatful that Arno made me feel relaxed and at ease from the get go. He answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly, which I appreciated a lot. He even gave me advice for some treatments I can try at home to ease tension in between appointments. Arno had a lot of patience with me when I was unsure of a position or still a bit tensed up, but all of this helped in making me feel like a new person when the massage was over. I would highly recommend him to friends, family and anyone interested. This was the first of many.
