Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

A wonderful massage from Anna. I felt so much better after. Anna was so lovely. Wish I was staying in London for many reasons. Anna is one!!

Gabriele has helped me immensely with my sciatica which I’ve had for over 3 months due to a disc bulge in spine. I had constant shooting pains down my leg which was really affecting my day to day life. I had been seeing physio and another osteopath but to no avail. Cicely was extraordinary; she adapted the treatment upon consultation on my well-being challenges providing the acupuncture to address my stress areas and also broke-down the tightness in my neck too. Best therapists in London. I had a fat reduction massage treatment around the stomach area. I always leave with tighter skin and a firm stomach.

i have been coming regularly now to see Hachim for over 2 years and he is the only osteopath i trust to help me deal with my sever osteoarthritis. After every session i feel so much better. And the exercises he gives me to do are really improving my condition. I totally recommend him

This has been my best experience in London so far, and I’m not planning to change it anytime soon. Natalia, the hairdresser, is very creative, understands exactly what I need, and the whole visit was genuinely enjoyable.

N & N Knightsbridge continues to provide the best (most pain-free) Hollywood wax in London, in my experience. First time neck, back and shoulder massage squeezed in too - perfect reset for another week in the office!
