I've been here a few times and very much appreciate the work and service. I was having surgery and was asked to keep one nail regular polish (for the finger monitor). The nail tech did the rest of my digits no-chip and went out of her way to match the solo nail to the no-chip color. I was fine with her first choice but she insisted and took the extra time so they would match. On another visit, the tech fixed a nail injury that others have just painted over. She did it on her own and didn't charge for the extra service. I had no idea the option was available. The nail looks perfect now.

I always have the best experience at Ruby Nails. I have been going to Augie for years and she pays close attention to detail, always assists with the best color choice, and I enjoy spending the time at the salon. Everyone is so kind and the salon is clean and inviting.

I’d love this local spa! The service is incredible, the people who work there are warm and genuine and I always walk out feeling pampered and beautiful. The signature facial is one of my all-time favorites and Nancy is exceptional. For pedicure I’m most often with Iboya because she’s hilarious and always helps me select the perfect color for a flawless pedi.

This place is wonderful! We were a walk in with two kids under seven who wanted simple manicures and pedicures and they made us feel so welcome and appreciated. They have a great nail polish that lasts on your nails longer than a week which I highly suggest. It’s five dollars more but totally worth it since regular nail polish can fall off kids fingers in 48 hours. Can’t wait to come back!!

I love going to Ruby Nails in Chicago to have my nails done. The place is always clean, with sanitized utensils and a relaxing atmosphere, offering professional and fast services. Thank you Ruby Nails!

We called on the day for 2 appointments (a mani & a pedi) and they could see us in an hour. The technicians are always gentle and professional, and the color selection is Insane! My hands feel brand new and my fella's feet are soft again. Thank you, Ruby Nails!

All the staff is wonderful. They helped me find the perfect color. Charlotte was very gentle and very precise. I never feel rushed .

The best pedicure I’ve ever had in my entire life. Was surprised by the price though. Apparently I had a special polish that cost $10 more but that was not shared with me at any time during my appointment. I didn’t know about it until I received my receipt via email. I’m still going to come back and will be a loyal customer, but wish you were more transparent with charges.
