Really patient and lovely with the two girls we took for treats today. My daughter’s nails look beautiful, she’s really pleased with them. She also loves the hair sparkles. Everything was really clean, welcoming and hygienic. Highly recommend. Erin was also very accommodating when I needed to query available appointment times before I booked.

Lived in Cardiff 8 years and tried so many salons. This is the only one I’ve stuck with. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome, no bitchiness or drama, people SMILE AND SAY HELLO. Darla is amazing, goes above and beyond and gets more excited about my hair than me haha. They put your hair first, give you realistic expectations and advice, and do everything they can to make you feel nice about yourself. It’s actually a treat to go instead of anxiety/a chore. Their products are lush, smell amazing and my hair is now in amazing condition. They cheer each other on and it’s just lush🩵
