I’m a regular customer and I’ve always been happy with the professionalism and quality of the nail services. ❗️My only feedback is regarding the salon furniture and cushions, as they appear old and stained, which unfortunately makes the environment feel less comfortable. I hope management considers updating or replacing them to improve the overall customer experience.

My daughter and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Trefle Spa today. The ladies were all so kind and enjoyable, and our nails look fantastic! We appreciated their patience and assistance with our choosing nail colors. Lyka, Rita, Susmita and Shanti along with the front desk reception provided excellent service. We definitely plan to return for our nails and maybe try the hair salon and the massage options as well! I’m so glad to have discovered such a gem of a spa here in Al Ain.

Very good , but i have one thing that I didn’t like . Which is when I accidentally ruined one finger so the nail polish ruined a little , so she but a third layer which made this nail polish darker then the other , but other than that all of them where cute and lovely i was to shy to complain about this thing and i will visit them again i liked the range of colors for the nail polish 💗

Everytime I pay same amount for hair color even though I cut my hair too short (it reaches my chin now)!! You need to consider hair length when charging for hair color. Thank you.
