Absolutely thrilled with my visit at Lume Anita did a stunning job on my new set of nails — the detail in the nail art is gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Her attention to detail and creativity really shine through. Nicci was fantastic with my facial wax — professional, gentle, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I left feeling fresh and pampered. Highly recommend both Anita and Nicci for their amazing work and warm, welcoming service!

My most recent experience was good. But the previous set was not properly done. As a result, two nails broke. I explained but was charged for repairs. I'm not sure what was missing from them but they were very light and fragile. That's why I chose a different technician to see how they do them since Dineo is gone.

I had the most wonderful experience with Sivi during my pedicure! She worked so gently and carefully, especially around my toes that is still healing after nail surgery.
