This nail salon is absolutely stunning — out with the Pink and in with the new! thoughtfully designed with a relaxed and polished feel that fits perfectly into the area. The team are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease, and the coffee is genuinely great (not just an afterthought!). Upon arrival, I was told the stylist i was booked with was not available due to unforseen circumstances, at 1st I was not happy but Jessica stepped in immediately making me feel comfortable with her friendly demeanor. Experience was good, it was my first time at the salon, great service. I was uncertain about what I wanted and Jessica gave me clarity on what would be better for me. It’s not my first treatment but was my first experience where the stylist used a small brush to get to the root of the problem and sealed the deal🤩loved the fact that Jessica got into because my hair is fly aways and the treatment helps manage my hair. What a great find! Jessica did my nails on Friday and they are the best I've ever had! Then on Saturday, Michaela and Nichole fixed my hair in the most dramatic way - for the first time in my life, I have manageable hair after the Nano treatment! Colour and cut is also amazing! The vibe in the salon is just great - everyone is happy and friendly, and Nichole is a super-invested hands-on owner! Thank you ladies! 🤩

Good day, Thank you kindly for the experience. I do wish the foot scrub is not always so rushed, but it was great with a great message, thank you. I noted the booking states a 45 minute session? 45min with B157 Peace Munetsi. So my booking was for 4pm to 4:45pm? I did arrive 5 minutes late due to traffic, on arrival, the technician was still busy , so I waited for another 5 to 7 minutes before going to the station, meaning the service started at lets say 4:12 I paid at 4:40. meaning it was not a 45 min session? Monday, July 20 at 16:15 paid at 4:40pm as per your invoice?
