I loved the service and my nails however the salon can improve wrt time. My appointment was for 8.30 and most of the ladies only arrived then or after. I only started my appointment at 8.40

Starting of at reception when I got there, the 2 ladies and one of the nail techs were in full-blast conversation. I stood there for a full minute with neither one of them daring to even look at me even though I was standing right in front of them, looking directly at them. They were in conversation and laughing. Really underwhelming as I almost walked out. Once Emelia ushered me to my seat, I felt a bit better. She was really sweet and soft-spoken. Really love the work she did on my hands. 5 stars for Emelia!

The service at this nail bar was excellent — the staff were friendly, professional, and really took great care with my nails. However, the space felt quite small and busy, which made it a bit noisy and difficult to relax. The nail colour chart on the wall was also a bit impractical to use, especially when the salon was full. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the service, but I do wish the salon had a bit more space for comfort.

I had such an amazing experience with my waxing service! It was my very first time getting waxed, so I was extremely nervous and honestly quite afraid of the pain. To my surprise, it wasn’t as painful as I expected at all. The results were absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Lisa was incredibly professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which really helped calm my nerves. She made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. I truly loved the experience and would definitely recommend her services to anyone, especially first-timers like me!

Thee most amazing experience we had with my partner. Staff is friendly and welcoming, the manager is the sweetest and the service is top-notch. We are definitely going back.

Overall a wonderful experience. Probably one of the best manicures and pedicures I’ve received in a while. My only critique would be make customers feel more welcome by being organised and not letting them wait 10mins before the treatment starts. Communication goes a long way in the service industry. I was offered something to drink but I wasn’t told what was on offer. This should be a standard practice, telling customers what is on offer. Other than that amazing treatment and I’ll return.

The problem is that she is filing my nails but also my skin. When I wash my hands with water my skin hurts.

My experience was wonderful and left there with a 10 out of 10 set of nails, exactly what I wanted, will definitely go back, and keep Zenda as my go to person for my nails. Thank you Zenda for an awesome experience, your hospitality and friendliness and not to mention you quality of work 10/10
