My experience at Mood Beauty was great. Kholofelo was wonderful,friendly chatty ( cause I am) yet very professional and made me feel right at ease. I had the privelege of meeting Primmy, the owner, and what a lovely Lady! The atmosphere and decor was relaxing. Only grioe I have is an inconsiderate patron who was talking in a loud booming voice and it was causing a disruption to the other patrons peace. I woudl recommend Mood Beauty to anyone... Oh... and the pricing? Anyone can look like a diva and feel spoilt as it suits any pocket. Great for gifts and 'THank you " gestures. Well done Mood B

My massage therapist, Cikizwa, is a true expert — she made me feel at ease, communicated clearly, and intuitively worked out every knot and tension. We had such a warm, enjoyable conversation too. I’ve had both the Swedish and deep tissue massages here, both were incredible. Highly recommend visiting for a truly relaxing, rejuvenating experience. I’ll be back! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here, everything is immaculate, neat, and well-maintained. A Luxury experience!

I had the Love Your Feet pamper package at Mood Beauty Spa with Kholofelo, and it was a wonderful experience! Kholofelo was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. The treatment was thorough and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, perfect for some well-deserved self-care.

Wonderful experience! it was a cold day, but the room was heated up to the perfect temperature, hot and cosy. Thank you for the relaxing massage, I had a lot of stress points that were massaged out. I would definitely be booking again!

the ladies are really lovely and do a good job. 3 things I think could improve the environment pls: 1) no eating - especially crisps, very noisy!! 2) quiet time for those getting treatment, would be nice if those waiting can also be reminded to keep it quiet, especially if they have children. 3) can the music be a bit softer / gentler pls. I know the space is small, but the idea of a spa / treatment is to relax. thanks

When moving to a new area it’s sometimes difficult to find reliable and trustworthy salons where you feel comfortable. The service I received at Khoena by Jenay was incredible. She constantly checked in throughout the wax to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed. She is a great asset to their team. 10/10 would recommend.

The experience was out of this world . I enjoyed my self I feel rejuvenated and light awesome experience I would recommend for someone to go for spa treatment it is very therapeutic

From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. Big thanks to the Manager Mali for also making us feel very welcome, all in all great experience, thanks Chalila :)
