Loveness was very friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job with the nail art on my 2 nails. I only realised now when opening this email this morning, that I was overcharged again (the 3rd time of this happening). I was charged R10 for nail art and then another R60 (R30 per nail). No invoice is presented when paying, only a total is stated, so not possible to check at the tillpoint. In future I will ask specifically for a printout as this keep on happening. Also not sure why I get charged R30 per nail for art which is a simple Christmas bow?

The team is super friendly, welcoming, and they always make you feel at home. My nails look fantastic (actually, stunning might be a better word 😍). Every visit is consistent – brilliant work, friendly vibes, and so much attention to detail. I’ll always keep coming back because they never disappoint.
