Kara is really the most talented nail technician I have ever come across. I will travel high and low for her perfect manicures. I HAD to go back today because my nails had grown out that much. She is just the best, and the colours are stunning.

Loveness was very friendly and efficient and did a brilliant job with the nail art on my 2 nails. I only realised now when opening this email this morning, that I was overcharged again (the 3rd time of this happening). I was charged R10 for nail art and then another R60 (R30 per nail). No invoice is presented when paying, only a total is stated, so not possible to check at the tillpoint. In future I will ask specifically for a printout as this keep on happening. Also not sure why I get charged R30 per nail for art which is a simple Christmas bow?
