As always, Jasmine delivered her professional and helpful skills to my nail designs. I was undecided with season transitional colors and she was very impatience with my choices. I’m coming back to Mimi for a pedicure because of her in-grown expertise. She took her time explaining to me the my toes anatomy vs. the causes of my recent toe pain. I love the in-grown removal without pain done by Mimi. At last, I’ve found my mani and pedi go to persons in Pasadena.

This was my first time visiting this salon and I feel really glad that I decided to plan a nail appoinment! This salon has a comfortable atmosphere and pretty decorations, plus a TV which plays fun K-dramas: the perfect thing to keep you entertained getting your nails done! There were many pretty colors to choose from and I was able to have a beautiful floral nail design that looks like watercolor! I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to going back for the great customer service, the k-dramas, and the quality.

I love my nail tech but I do not love the changes happening at the salon. Firstly, playing Fox News on the large flat screen TV is such bad vibes. Secondly, they have the nail techs wearing identical baggy t-shirt uniforms, which is demeaning and makes them look like fast food workers instead of individual artists. Thirdly, I need to be able to reach my nail artist by text to update her on my design, my arrival time, etc. It seems like they have banned phone use for them now which feels overbearing. It used to be a happy place, now it feels sad.

First visit at Nailed It London! Lovely beautiful place. You feel like a princess. The pay close attention to detail. Worth it. My nails look amazing.
