I was made to feel welcome from walking in the building. Laura assessed my skin and my concerns, explaining the treatments I needed and the skincare products that I would benefit from at home. The rooms are calm and cosy, resulting in complete relaxation. I would definitely recommend.

Kate was very good, explained about the massage and asked me to let her know if I wanted it deeper or softer. I felt totally relaxed. Will certainly do it again
