Gemma and Lily were amazing, so friendly and helpful they made Aimee's experience really exciting and special for her, she was not scared at all having her ears pierced. I went in for a cryotherapy test, and was talked through the experience by Kirsty step by step who made sure I was comfortable and offered a drink and had a friendly chat with me beforehand. Brilliant.

Cat, as always, has given me perfect nails that last and last. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Don’t bother with the millions of “nail bars” around. It was a revelation the first time I went to Elite Retreat, and Cat did my nails. An all round better experience and quality/expertise.
