Lovely experience. From the consultation to having treatment. I was unsure which treatment would be best for me , but after the consultation I felt at ease and booked my 1st treatment. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, she explained the procedure and after care brilliantly. I'm looking forward to my next visit next week and seeing the results .

Tammy is absolutely stunning and extremely professional. My consultation left me full of new information with regards to skin care. Another wonderful session with the talented Klara. From the moment I arrive and Klara comes out to help me up the steps - never a chore, always with a welcoming smile I - feel special. I had the SAKURA All-in-one ritual and the OxyGeno+/The Super Facial. The ritual has helped me enormously with my fibromyalgia and the facial is pure pampering and Kara’s quiet presence is always very relaxing. Klara delivered a dreamy facial massage. There was a variety of relaxing techniques used creating a blissful experience. The environment and sounds were calming and beautiful. Klara's presence is warm and welcoming, she whispered during the massage (when communicating was necessary) which helped maintain immersion throughout. I was offered a green tea and given plenty of time to come back to full awareness afterwards. Can't wait to visit again.

I have had a few treatments with Meg now. Botox, chin filler and lash lift and I couldn’t be happier every time. The salon is beautiful and Meg puts you at ease and makes you feel more than comfortable. She is professional yet friendly and always talks through every treatment in detail as you go so you feel informed and know you were getting the right treatment for you 💕. I only went in for a patch test but it was very quick and efficient and I was made to feel very welcome in the 5 minutes I was there, which is arguably a difficult thing to do considering most of the time you warm up to clients through longer appointments. I’m excited to go back for my treatment next week!
