Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I recently got ombre brows done by Sandra, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was initially nervous about how they’d turn out, but the process was so smooth, and Sandra took her time mapping out the perfect shape for me. She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease. I was nervous about the pain as I'm afraid of needles but the procedure itself wasn’t too painful; the numbing cream worked well, and it felt more like scratching than anything unbearable. Sandra made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. She's fantastic! Ewa x

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Amazing experience as always! Went for my second LVL lash appointment with Victoria and I am obsessed with the results!! She is always so welcoming and friendly. I have been going to Victoria for years now and wouldn’t go to anybody else for my lashes / skin. Recommend to anybody looking for a reliable, talented, and professional beautician in Plymouth. 💜

Kirsty is such a lovely warm lady. We have a bit of a giggle whilst having micro needling treatment and it helps with the discomfort. Treatment is looking good .

Always welcoming and very professional, treatment is on going…. Very relaxing. shall return and follow it through. The Micro needling treatment sounds far worse than it is as quite pain free.

Best service in Plymouth, most welcoming and beautiful environment. Very enjoyable experience 10/10 would highly recommend

I booked an eyebrow threading session with Sandra for my 16 yr old son. It was fab straight from the off Sandra made my son at ease straight away. She is excellent at her job and very witty. It was his 1st time having threading and he loved it . He had already shown all his friends and that was on the way home in the car . We shall definitely return. My guess is he will make this a monthly thing. Thank you so much Sandra 👏

First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Best facial I have ever had

Had a lovely morning with Vic having dermaplaning, micro-needling and a face mask. My skin feels so refreshed and glowy! I feel really confident now with this being done and my lashes, will be going make up free most days now😁

Had my third microneedling treatment today with the lovely Louise. She always explains everything fully and advises which treatment would be best for my skin. I am very pleased with how my skin is looking so much better than before. Louise is very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend having a consultation with her.

Absolutely lovely, staff are amazing and the treatment was great.
